These terms define the rules for using StyleMate AI, including AI features, Free/Pro plans and user responsibility.
Operator and contact

Operator details can be updated through public app configuration without code changes.
Nature of the service
StyleMate AI helps catalog a wardrobe, plan outfits and generate clothing recommendations. The app is not medical, legal or professional advice.
AI recommendations are suggestions. The user decides whether an outfit is appropriate for the weather, occasion and rules of the place they are visiting.
Account and data
The user is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the app and for the rights to uploaded photos.
Do not upload illegal content, third-party data without consent or material that violates another person's privacy.
AI limits
Free and Pro plans may have different AI generation limits. Limits are visible in the app and may be changed to protect costs and service stability.
AI try-on has separate usage limits and a global app limit to control image generation costs.
Payments and plans
Premium features may be covered by the Pro plan. Before payments are enabled, pricing, cancellation rules and billing details must be published.
Mobile apps distributed through Apple or Google stores may be subject to additional store payment rules.
Service availability
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, AI provider limits, infrastructure failures or updates.
The operator may restrict access in case of abuse, attempts to bypass limits or violations of the terms.
